Student with Diploma in Marketing and BA (Hons) Business Management major in Finance’s Possible Career Paths?

What are the related career paths for someone graduating with a diploma in marketing and a bachelor degree (with honours) in business management with a major in finance?

graduate has interest in working with people (emphasis on customer satisfaction rather than sell sell sell) as well as doing research and possesses high analytical skills.

basically, not interested in being an accountant so where to go with the finance degree?

suggestions and opinions are much appreciated.

Which career to pick in finance: Asset Management, Investment Banking, or Proprietary Trading?

I am in a quandary because all the options look promising. I like them all but here are my main concerns:

-I love meeting people and make them extremely satisfied of our mutual strengths
-I love anticipating the anticipations of others
-I want to work long hours BUT I want to see myself enjoying it for the next twenty, thirty years
-I want something exciting.

I am an Industrial engineer and want to make a move to Corporate Finance, one of the questions I get most often is why do I want to make such a career change and how I see myself fit into this role ? or justify how you can do well in Corporate Finance role despite your non finance background?
I am currently enrolled in a full time MBA program and planning to take finance courses but I want to know how I can really sell myself on this idea ?

I’m going to a community college right now but will transfer to a 4 yr college soon. I want to land a great job when I get out. I want to make 6 to 5 figures in a year and I know being in business will do it. But I want to have the right business degree so I can land that kind of job. I want to be able to know what kind of degree will do that. Business Finance or Business Management? Please help I would like to know before I transfer to a 4 yr college. Thanks and please serious answers.
To TC, I know 5 comes before 6, I just set high goals for myself but thanks for the answer.

Career change from architecture to finance/investment management?

I’m 34 w/ a MSc in architecture. Been an architect for the past 7 years, but now looking for a serious career change. I’m considering doing the CFA program to find a job in investment management, but wondering if I make any chance at all getting a good job at my age given my lack of finance/economic education and work experience so far. Any tips?
