The broker I used to find a 2 bedroom apartment presented me with a 2 bedroom apartment but it is a commercial property. What are the possible implications of renting a commercial property to live in? Is it better to not get involved? Are the utilities more expensive? Etc. Any help would be appreciated!

I know eventually we have to move but is it legal for the landlord to remove the dumpster and stop paying the water bill? Our commercial property is attached to separate units which are unoccupied that is why the water and waste mgmt. was paid by the landlord.
